Amenities

Our RV sites are right across the street from the Medina River, access is given just a short walk distance or drive away.  As our guest, you will have access to the private community park on the water and boat ramp.  Bring your lawn chairs, canopy and enjoy fishing, kayaking, boating or swimming the Medina River.

Our full-hookup sites provide free electricity, water, sewer, trash, free fast fiber WIFI, and UPS or FedEx package delivery. Sites also include a fire pit , trees for shade, trash removal, picnic table, and on site laundry.

Also known as dry camping, gives you the same unique sites, just without the electric, water and sewer hookups.  You will still have access to WIFI, Wash House, and all other amenities .  You are allowed to have a generator, but it must meet the noise volume ordinance during quiet hours.

This is one of the main differences that set us apart from those commercial RV parks and that's SPACE!  You will appreciate not walking out your door and banging your head on someone else's slide-out.  We offer much larger than average lots  catering to long term RV'ers and retirees.  This provides guests the ability to stretch out and personalize their site.  

Your stay with us includes access to our Bath House, the Medina River, the Community Park and Boat Launch Ramp areas. 

We offer Kayak rentals at hourly and daily rates.  We also offer kayak pickup and drop-off shuttle service for a fee depending upon mileage distance.

Firewood - $7 bundles available for sale at the Park.

We offer 10'x40' storage parking for your RV's, Horse or Boat trailers.
