PARK RULES

-Guest stay fees must be paid at the time of occupancy.

-Prices are subject to change without notice.

-Pets are allowed (Except for Pitbulls, Wolf Hybrids, Dobermans, and Rottweilers) 

-Pets must be leashed and under control at all times.  Pets must always have access to water and never left chained or leashed outdoors unattended (Meaning you can’t leave the RV Park with them remaining leashed outdoors).  Reminder that recent changes in the Texas law now requires you, the owner, to be with your pet if its leashed and that the pet cannot be leashed unattended at any time (If you’re in your RV and you can see your pet leashed outside that’s fine).  Pets not being cleaned up after, maintained on a leash and under control will result in the pet being permanently removed.  You are responsible for your pet, if it causes someone else or another animal bodily injury, you and the pet will be asked to leave the RV park immediately and you could possibly face criminal charges.  ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

-Clean up after your pet is mandatory.  If RV Park management cleans up after your pet you will be charged a $25 fee.  The second time you will be asked to leave.  Pet’s must be free of flea’s and/or ticks and not dig holes in your site area.

-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Sun – Thurs and 11pm-8am Fri-Sat. No loud parties or excessive noise.  Noise levels must be low enough to be contained to your site.

-Do not disturb or feed the deer and other wildlife.  No placing food scraps outside.  Report any dangerous animals or critters to management.

-No washing of vehicles or RV’s.

-You must be able to move your RV.  No mechanic work on vehicles or RVs.  This includes automobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, etc.  No remodeling of RVs.

-Proper sewer connections are required by state law (donut or elbow).  Use of sewer line supports must be made specifically for RVs.

-No grease, oils/solvents, thick towels, plastic, or objects of any kind will be put in sewer.  Absolutely nothing will be put in the sewer system other than toilet water/waste. 

-No solicitation.

-UPS and FedEx deliveries only.  NO UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) DELIVERY ALLOWED.  Any items sent through the USPS will be sent back marked “not at this address”.

-No setting off fireworks or discharging of firearms of any kind.

-No large steps, porches, pallets, fencing, sheds or utility buildings are allowed.

-Trash must be secured in a white kitchen trash bag and placed in the trash can provided or put in the dumpster.  No grocery shopping bags or loose trash in barrels.  Household trash only.  Any large items or non-kitchen trash are the responsibility of the campers.

-Area around your RV/trailer will be kept neat and cleaned to include free of cigarette butts.  Failure to do so will result in a clean-up fee.  After a second time guest may be asked to leave.

-Two vehicles max per site. Must park on gravel and not on grass. Extra vehicles, boats etc. must be parked in storage area at rates above.  DO NOT PARK IN EMPTY RV SPOTS.

-Anyone visiting a registered guest must park in the overflow parking area & check-in with the office management.

-Guest must keep their RV/trailer in good working condition.  RV’s/Vehicles must have current registration and insurance.  NO WINDOW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS WILL BE ALLOWED.  RVs must be 10 years old or newer (Can be waived based on condition).

-Hazardous materials, chemicals, including any kind of grease, oils, cleaners, paint thinners, batteries, shall be discarded of properly by the guest and not anywhere on the property.

-Do not pour any substance out onto the ground. 

-Grey and black water must be contained. Any spills must be cleaned up by responsible party.

-No plants or objects should be in the grass areas during mowing and maintenance times.  If park personnel have to move any objects to mow or do maintenance a fee will be charged.

-Current guest may not sublet RV or space, and if RV is sold or given to someone else, the RV must be moved immediately. 

-Do not tamper with electrical boxes or waters spickets.  Notify management if there is a problem.

-Management of Medina River RV Park & Camping is not responsible for loss or damage to Guest’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, severe whether, accidents, or any other casualty or act of God.

-Treat your neighbors and management with respect.  Do not walk through others sites or disturb your neighbors.

-Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children will not be allowed out of guest’s site area without an adult. 

-No refunds or prorating of fees are given for shortened stay at Medina River RV Park & Camping.

-Owners and management suggest guest provide their own water filtration, 30/50-amp GFCI receptacle and/or surge protector to protect their trailers; if guest chooses not to, guest releases Medina River RV Park & Camping and any of its representatives from all liability for any damage.

-We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, rates and fees that we deem necessary.
