Includes: Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, Wi-fi & UPS/FedEx (Packages Only, NO USPS available). All persons 18 years of age or older must sign a stay agreement form provided at the office from management at time of check-in or upon a stay renewal.
Rates are based on two people per site and two vehicles. It is an additional $25 per person/per month over the two person party due to site increase in utility usage. An additional $5 per extra additional vehicle is assessed (Over the 2 vehicle limit) and the additional vehicle must park in overflow parking if cannot fit all vehicles at site.

There are several options for tent camping.
Minimum 3 night stay. Price based on two people. $5 per person in addition over the age of 5. Tent site includes a picnic table, fire ring , trash can and access to Wash House (Toilet/Shower).

Space size is 10 ft. wide x 40 ft. length. Must provide storage insurance and current registration.
SITE AVAILABILITY IS ON A FCFS BASIS OR A $100.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL MONTHLY SITE RESERVATIONS. A security deposit of one nights stay is required for shorter stays with a 72 hour cancellation policy.
